thursday nite.. or would i say fri morning!! my room mate, my hall fren and me went to block 9 and caught.. the ping pong matches!!! oh so fun.. hahaha.. went back to the room with blood shot eyes but thank God for the comfy sofas and air con at the tv room!! we shouted and screamed!!! and that korean woman.. *zhang zong zang!* haha.. i've mastered the way she screams! gosh. li jiawei's match was oh so exciting!!! so exciting that rite after the zhang's match i ran all the way back to my block to get food!! i RAN.

ha. anyhow, back home now. can't take it.. the cough and fever is consumming me. so.. head hurts. lovely weather to zZzzZ.. so much to do. can't wait for the match tmr nite! weekends are here!! so exciting.. so exciting that i could puke all my phlegm hahah..

as sick as a pea now. have flu, cough.. the usual. gosh. its been oh so long since i was sick.. haha. gotta eat more vit C!

Oh oooh oh, praise the Lord! finally got the camp kristine rates! another thing.. the lodges are free from 20th dec!! horray!! fingers crossed.

anyhow.. went for nus cell 2 days ago.. it was good. learnt bout the parable of the rich fool. and i do mean, LEARNT. went back to NTU and reach my room at like 12 ish.. thank God no need to take taxi!! haha..

so now.. here it is. i'm still debating whether i should join NUS cell, cuz the ntu cell functions on thursdays afternoon, when i'm having my lectures. OR, should i join joanne and the others for bible study every friday nite. hmmm.. really don't know what to do. need to receive.. and i wanna do and learn more bout the word. *headache*

this sunday we're having a prayer session for cell. looking forward to it.. all in all, cell is going very well.. heard from jerome the other day.. so nice! shall rub his tummy on sunday! : )

anyway.. one of my goodiest friends, stone.. left for america today. so sad..didn't send her off cuz of lectures. argh. miss her already. miss jinli too.. yupp.

what brother sam said in today's message was oh so true.. "let whatever you do, and in all things, glorify God".

it just clicked in my brain. how our notion of lets say.. for example.. studies. i wanna do well in my studies so that i can get into a better school. BUT, it should have been.. i wanna do well in my studies so that my grades can glorify God. now.. what a difference it makes.

how we use big words like.. glorify.. trust... faith. honestly, do we really know what we're saying? what have u learnt today? (Discovery channel)

i learnt and will try and internalise that.. let whatever i do.. at the end of it all.. glorify God. tall order u say? i think it helps put things in perspective and i need perspective.

am like the admin ic for the alpha youth camp. God help me. gonna call up the campsites during my 3 hr break tmr.. and i really pray and all those out there, pls pray that we'll be able to get a campsite for dec 13 & 14 or at least ard that time slot.. if not, i will really shave my hair bald.

had division meeting today.. really thank God for Patrick. did some bible study on 2 questions and how we should go about teaching them.. man.. i am so encouraged to do even more for my cell now that i've learnt.. "the art of teaching". BUT.. it takes time and definitely, discipline.. but most of all.. i need to make more time in reading His word. how the word should be our breath and all teachings should stem from it. well.. am just filled.

knees are pretty much ok now. life is ok.. heart is not very heavy.. but weight on shoulders are still survivable.. its a good burden to bear. as for matters of the heart..ha. speechless.. hahaha.. jk. just wanna thank God for my new spots bag that i've eyed for 6 months and it was on 50% sale!! thank u LORD!!

k.. gonna leave the house soon.. gotta book into the jungle. will go find some peacocks to boss around. till then.. let's all really dive into the word and let all that we do glorify God. let's try. it's so amazing that we serve the great... i am.

ON MY KNEES! literally. man.. took part in interblock netball yesterday.. wa.. so fun.. but ya.. fell down!! gosh. once on my a** and the other time.. ON MY KNEES.. gosh. really.. it hurts like SIAO now.. and it's freaking swollen.. so.. have been rubbin it since last nite!! urgh. hate stairs and NTU has an abundance of it.. urgh.

anyhow.. spoke to jess from my cell last nite. haha.. so nice.. alena sms me too in the morning. hahaa. such little gestures from my cell members make me so HAPPY like a hippo..

hmmm.. went to back to my room in the afternoon to do my work.. and i fell asleep.. and guess what??? i missed my religion and social life tutorial!!!!!!! BUT.. thank God.. it was one of those lets-get-to-know-everyone kinda lessons.. so.. haha.. i'm lucky..

still don't understand why everything gotta use cash card.. and i have NONE. that's why i'm like copying with my pencil my tutorial questions.. hahha.. feel like i'm in the stone age.. but ya.. it's pretty rad! other than that.. hmmm.. gonna purchase my laptop on thurs.. urgh. yes.. can't decide whether to get apple ibook or fujitec? hmm.. so.. eugene's coming to help my brain cells!!
